How can you become our client?

We offer an initial consultation meeting which is cost and obligation free. At that meeting, you will have an opportunity to:

  • Discuss your circumstances and concerns with experienced practitioners;

  • Have explained the various options available to you;

  • Hear practical recommendations that we believe would suit your circumstances;

  • Get an indication of the likely fees (generally we negotiate a fixed fee to carry out all work, rather than hourly rates);

  • Agree on a time frame for the carrying out of the work (in non-emergency matters there is usually a 2-3 week turnaround time for the preparation of documents).

Fees

We generally agree to carry out your work on a fixed-fee basis, so you have absolute certainty as to the fees to be charged. We enter into a fee agreement with you before work is commenced. Initial meetings with our experienced practitioners are without cost or obligation.
