If you or a family member die with a will, you will need to apply to the NSW Supreme Court for probate. An estate subject to a will cannot be distributed until probate has been granted. We offer probate services to clients who have been appointed as executor by a deceased family member or friend.

Probate fees are regulated by the Supreme Court of NSW and are relational to the value of the estate. We generally charge less than the prescribed fee.
